ロッキード事件、上院委員会に投込まれたロッキード社の機密資料により開かれた上院外交委・多国籍企業小委員会の公聴会で、ロッキード社副社長のＡ．Ｃ．コーチャンが証言し、ＩＤ社を通じ200万ドルを日本高官に流したこと、児玉誉士夫を通じて小佐野賢治と接触したこと、丸紅役員2人が日本政府高官への資料提供を進言したことなどを明らかにする。
